Outsourcing companies, filed and compared for growing businesses
Most outsourcing companies hide the details that matter to a small buyer: what it costs, how small you can start, and what happens if the hire doesn't work out. We put those facts in one file per company and score everyone with the same rubric.

How to read a file
Every company gets a page score out of 10 and a six-cell strip. Each cell is one criterion of our rubric; the darker the cell, the higher the score. For example, Brivity Virtual Assistants:
How staff are screened (skills tests, interviews, background checks), what share of applicants get through, and what seniority is on offer.
Are rates or price ranges published? Are setup, placement and management fees disclosed before the sales call?
Can a small business start with one person, or part-time? Minimum seats, hours or contract value.
Trial period, free replacement, notice period, lock-in and one-off fees.
Years operating, scale, and independent review ratings with the number of reviews behind them.
Account management, onboarding, performance reporting, quality checks and time-zone coverage.
